2021年6月8日，美国Crocs, Inc. of Broomfield, Colorado向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册商标号3,836,415、5,149,328、5,273,875），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。

美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。

2021年7月6日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定假睫毛产品及其组件（Certain Artificial Eyelash Extension Systems, Products, and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1226）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2021年6月22日作出的初裁（No.38）不予复审，即根据申请方撤回，终止对美国专利号10,721,984 的调查。

2021年5月20日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2021年5月6日作出的初裁（No.28）不予复审，即根据同意令，终止对列名被告美国Rachael Gleason d/b/a Avant Guard Beauty Co. of Dallas TX的调查并发布同意令。

2021年5月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2021年4月23日作出的初裁（No.24）不予复审，即根据申请方撤回，终止本案对美国注册专利号10,660,388、10,721,984的调查。
